Do I need to provide my own API keys?

Yes. You bring your own keys. This ensures you only pay for the inference you actually use, and you maintain full ownership of your accounts. We never see your tokens.

What is the full list of models you support?
We support any model with OpenAI-compatible API endpoints, plus AWS Bedrock, Azure, DeepSeek, Google, Mistral AI, and many more. If it speaks OpenAI-format, it works.
Can I use open-source models?
You can, but our teams and personas are not optimised for them. We recommend Opus and Sonnet for your primary models. For the Utility model we recommend Grok-41-fast — and this is the best candidate for an open-source replacement. We hope to support more open-source models in future.
Where is my data hosted?
Your instance is hosted on secure servers within the European Union (EU). We prioritize data sovereignty and GDPR compliance.
Can I install my own tools and plugins?
Absolutely. While we provide a "Golden Image" with optimized tools, this is your instance. We are currently building a library of verified plugins based on user demand (tell us what you need in the onboarding quiz).
Why shouldn't I just use Akash or AWS?
You can! If you love DevOps, those are great platforms. Deimos is for builders who value their time at more than €59/hour. We provide a managed, optimized layer specifically for AgentZero so you don't have to be a sysadmin.
How is this AgentZero different from the original?
We provide a specialized version of AgentZero optimized for production workflows. While we are active contributors to the upstream project, we maintain our own version to include features and optimizations tailored for our users. This ensures you get a platform built specifically for leverage, while still benefiting from the power of the Open Source community.
I'm non-technical. Can I still use this?
Yes, but be ready to learn. We handle the "hard" technical setup (hosting, environment), but AgentZero is a power tool. We offer "hand-holding" support and a community to help you learn, but active participation is required.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. We are a startup building for the long term—we want you to stay because you're getting value, not because you're locked in.

Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Board Room customers receive dedicated, per-instance infrastructure — your Gitea, OpenProject, and monitoring run on isolated resources. No shared database, no cross-tenant access. Solo and Agency instances are also individually provisioned.
Can I add more instances?
Yes. Every tier can add extra agent instances at €59/month each — the same price as a Solo seat. Each instance is a full AgentZero environment. Add as many as you need, cancel any time.
Can I migrate away if I want to?
Yes. Every tool is open-source and standards-compliant. Your Git repos are standard Git. Your project data exports via OpenProject's standard formats. Your secrets are API-accessible. If you want to implement this on your own infrastructure give us a call, we do that too.
